Site characterization, if used effectively can be very helpful for Civil Engineers. Also Geotechnical Engineering, if it is done accurately can be the first step towards a safe construction.

The following Results were obtained doing this Project:

• Depth to Bedrock (Varied between 12 to 36 m)

• Bearing Capacity of Single and Mat foundations with Contour Maps

• No Liquefaction Susceptibility for the research areas

• No Expansive Soil Susceptibility for the research areas

• Suggestion of Prevention methods for Problematic Soils with their Costs
